Earn college credit

Through our affiliation with California College of Health Sciences (CCHS), graduates of this program are eligible to transfer 30 credits in pursuit of an Associate of Applied Science, in Allied Health or other related fields. Students interested in the AS degree, BS degree, or Masters should contact the Health and Occupations office of CCHS at 801-284-7521 or visit the CCHS webs site. Paramedic training

Paramedicine is a demanding and rewarding career, and our Paramedic program is designed with that in mind. Our goal is to prepare you for the rigors of a career where peoples lives are at stake, and to give you the tools you need to succeed in saving lives.

National Registry Exams

Emergency Medical Sciences Training Institute offers monthly National Registry Practical Exams for the Paramedic student. We at EMSTI feel our exam is preferred by a majority of paramedic and EMT students primarily because if is offered by our team of quality paramedic training instructors.

Continuing Education

To maintain a valid paramedic license you must obtain at least 48 hours of CE every 2 years from an approved prehospital CE provider only in courses, classes or experiences that are directly or indirectly related to patient care and are structured with learning objectives and an evaluation component.
